We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst Intern to join our team in Yogyakarta. If you enjoy working with numbers, uncovering insights, and turning data into stories that drive improvement, this internship is for you.

Job Description:

Collect and clean data from various sources (forms, surveys, spreadsheets, CRM, etc.).
Process and visualize data into simple, understandable reports.
Analyze trends in service performance and customer satisfaction.
Support small-scale research or exploratory data projects.
Collaborate with the Service team to identify insight needs.
Provide recommendations based on findings and data analysis.

Requirements:

Final year student in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivots, basic charts).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Canva charts) is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
Naturally curious and enjoys exploring patterns or doing mini research.
Proactive, open-minded, and eager to grow in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta and willing to work in a hybrid setting.
