  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-impact work culture.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in IT, Industrial Engineering, or related areas).
  • Proven experience in team leadership, operations, or project management (minimum 3 years).
