    • Monitor task distribution and operational workflows across both teams.
    • Ensure prompt, high-quality execution of AI prompts, following linguistic and contextual guidelines.

    • Collaborate with Product, HR, and Tech teams to resolve bottlenecks and support process improvements.
    • Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in IT, Industrial Engineering, or related areas).
