Job Description:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.
  • Assist in managing recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, and internal job postings.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Requirements:

  • Final-year student from Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Prior internship experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, hybrid-method, and as part of a team.
  • Target-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing method through LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
