We are seeking an experienced Operations Event Specialist, based in Jakarta, to oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of company events such as workshops, training sessions, picnics, outings, and more.

Job Description:

Prepare, manage, and organize event equipment, supplies, and operational needs.
Coordinate logistics for event setup, execution, and teardown on-site.
Manage vendors, transportation, and operational timelines during events.
Support on-ground operations to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
Anticipate and resolve operational issues in fast-paced event environments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event operations, logistics, hospitality, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of experience in event operations or on-site logistics roles.
Strong understanding of equipment handling, vendor coordination, and operational workflows.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in live event settings.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required by event schedules.
